DescriptionMike Trezille, president of Sunrise Kiwanis Club, left, and Warren Fry, president of Tempe Kiwanis Club, right, check out a new 4,800-square-foot playground at the north end of Kiwanis Park with Duane Dawson of Tempe Parks and Recreation. The two clubs donated $6,000 towards the $10,000 price of the two swing sets, a Jack-n-Jill playset and a multipurpose structure. Picnic ramadas will be added nearby. The clubs, which hold fund-raising events for youth activaties, have donated more than $50,000 to Kiwanis Park since 1980.The film negative of this photograph is housed in box 2G8-E.
