DescriptionDorothy Walker and her late husband, Pete Walker, worked hard for Tempe's District 27 Republicans for many years, and party members figured she deserved to "rest on her laurels." At a District 27 GOP meeting this week, they presented the dedicated precinct and election campaign worker with a color TV to make relaxing easier. Making the presentation is Charles Lemon, District 27 GOP chairman.The film negative of this photograph is housed in box 2G7-E.
