BiographyGraduated from Phoenix Union High School and attended business college in California.
Stenographer at Tempe National Bank, c1918-1919. Teller in 1929.
Met her husband, Harvey S. Harelson, while they were both employed at the Tempe National Bank.
They eloped in May 1919, and went to Prescott, where they were married by Rev. Morris, pastor of the Baptist Church, at the Baptist parsonage in Prescott.
She continued to work in banking occasionally, and
became a permanent bank employee during World War II, when she was promoted to assistant cashier of the First National Bank of Arizona, Tempe branch. She retired in 1953.
Member of the Tempe Woman's Club, Eastern Star, Business and Professional Women's Club, and American Bank Women.
Lived at 110 E. 6th Street in 1919. In 1923, '25, -'26 , -'28 , -'29, -'30, -'31, -'32 lived at 105 W 7th. See also: Harvey S. Harelson.
