BiographyCame to Tempe c1900.Rancher.
About 1875 he went from Arkansas to Los Angeles, California. In December of 1879, he moved to Globe, Arizona. He bought land in Tempe when his older children were ready to attend the Territorial Normal School. For more than thirty years, he was State Livestock Inspector in the Tempe districtin 1921. He was a shareholder in the Tempe Irrigating Canal Co., in 1923. Owned SW4 section 23 (137 acres), in 1924. He was a member of the White Mountain Masonic Lodge in Globe, and a member of the Tempe Masonic Lodge.
Lived at 109/111 E. 5th Street. In 1921, 1923,'25, -'26, '28, '30, '31, '32
