DescriptionThe front two legs are bell and baluster turned and the stiles are plain and curved outward. There is a small decorative apron on the front between the legs. The seat is made of four separate pieces of wood which form a circular seat frame. On top there is a heavily padded upholstered seat which is pale turquoise with pink flowers. There is a gimp around the bottom of the upholstery which is a darker shade. There is a black cover under the seat which is secured by nails. There are two curved brackets attached to the seat and stiles. The back rest is upholstered in the same fabric as the seat and is attached with seven buttons in the center. The back is also upholstered in the same fabric and the back rest is padded. The crest rail is highly decorative with scrolls and elaborate carvings. All the joints are mortise and tenon joints. There are two wheels attached to the front legs.
