DescriptionThis rocking chair has two saber like front legs and two curved stiles attached to two rockers. The seat frame consists of four pieces of wood; the front piece is serpentine, the sides are curved towards the back and it is onto the back piece that the fabric of the back rest is attached. This chair has a heavily padded seat which is covered in a brown fabric with a floral design. Arm supports are attached to the front legs and stiles, they are scrolled. There are decorative pieces under each arm support which have a scroll and fan design. There are curved fabric arm rests attached to each arm support. The back rest is padded and covered in the same brown, floral fabric as the seat, it is also curved. There is a decorative crest rail with leaves carved into the top edge. The crest rail has a hole in the center.Status
